Pass the oprichtingsakte, register with KvK, get the RSIN, open a bank account.

Pass the notariële akte.
New stichting → oprichtingsakte. Existing rechtspersoon → akte van statutenwijziging that lands the four ANBI clauses.

- Obtain the RSIN
- Open a bank account in the entity’s name
- Pass a notariële akte van statutenwijziging that inserts the ANBI clauses into the existing statuten
- Update the KvK registration to reflect the new statuten
- Confirm the existing RSIN stays attached to the rechtspersoon (it does — the entity hasn’t changed)
- Confirm the existing bank account is in the entity’s name (open one if not)
