Not required, but explicitly listed by the Belastingdienst as material that increases transparency. For a brand-new ANBI it substitutes for the realised financials you don't yet have.
What this step also covers
Recommended, not required. The Belastingdienst’s toelichting lists an overview of income, spending, and assets — with an optional multi-year prognosis — as material you may add. In practice, for a brand-new ANBI this also doubles as the substitute for the realised financials you don’t yet have.
A simple table works. Keep it in a spreadsheet (for arithmetic), then summarise the totals here.
