Standard form:
- Bestuurders zijn onbezoldigd.
- They have a right to onkostenvergoeding for actual, declared expenses.
- If applicable: non-excessive vacatiegeld for attendance at meetings, within marktconforme grenzen.
If you genuinely need bezoldigde bestuurders (e.g. a working executive director who also sits on the board), name the role, justify the necessity, and tie the amount to a marktconforme benchmark. Expect more scrutiny if you go this route.
